Did Ted Cruz Really Win Every County in Maine?

The Boston Globe and 2 local papers didn't give him a chance. He didn't win a single county in Massachussetts 4 days earlier. Did Cruz really win EVERY county in Maine?

By Cruz Camp's Own Admission, Heidi Should Be Thoroughly Vetted

The head of the Ted Cruz campaign has said Heidi is Ted's closest adviser. The FEC violations involve her current employer. No personal attacks, just a necessary professional evaluation of Heidi Cruz's role in the Cruz Crew.

How Ted Cruz Can Stop Immigration Abuse NOW!

As a self-described "constitutional expert" Canadian born Cruz could do us all a great service to stop illegal immigration by simply answer 4 teeny weeny questions...

Reagan was attacked by the Establishment, but people LIKED him. Cruz on the other hand is despised by mild mannered Huckabee and "sealed lips" George W. There is a reason. Here is an (almost) complete compendium of Cruz lies.

Why Isn't Anyone Discussing the SCOTUS Ruling on Natural Born Citizen?

There is a lie being told that "Natural Born Citizen" is not defined anywhere in the Constitution. That's True. What's Not True is that it is NOT settled by the Supreme Court. (It has)

Ted Cruz Takes More Wall Street Money than Hillary Clinton

When you see who REALLY is running Ted's campaign, you realize how "inside" this pretend outsider is. The top CIA, Goldman Sachs executives are LITERALLY running his campaign.

Ex-Cruz Staffer: @AmandaCarpenter hatched Carson theft and Heidi OK with Ted Affairs

Ex-Cruz campaign staffer: Heidi knows about Ted affairs, is "ok with it." Amanda Carpenter hatched Ben Carson vote theft.
  • Cruz hatched Ben Carson vote theft from internal phone poll showing Trump in 1st, Cruz second and Carson a very close third place.
  • Amanda Carpenter initiated the idea of converting Carson caucus goers to Cruz
  • Cruz extramarital affairs well known
  • Heidi Cruz sent memo to staff declaring that "she knew about it." "it was ok" and staff should not worry about it.

Bill Still reports that he and his wife spoke with an ex-Cruz campaign staffer with 24 years of political experience. This person claims they had never quit a campaign until becoming too uncomfortable with the deceptive tactics and operations of the campaign. They asked for anonymity since they had taken a position with another campaign, but provided Still his written offer from the Cruz campaign as proof of his employment.

The staffer was part of a internal poll that showed Trump ahead in Iowa, with Cruz second and Carson a very substantial third place. This person claims to have made their displeasure known to the staff at the scheme to take Carson's votes and eventually quit days before the Iowa Caucus.

The staffer says Amanda Carpenter was directly involved in the scheme going as far as to say it was her idea.  Conservative media has thoroughly documented how Carpenter was the first to tweet the news from the first tweet from CNN reporters, and how the Cruz campaign chose to ignore immediate and continuous opportunities to correct the record.  Instead they blasted the information to every Cruz campaign operative to take advantage of the misleading first tweet from the CNN reporter.

THE IOWA CARSON DECEPTION AND LIES CHRONOLOGY
(Breitbart timeline - TalkingPointsMemo timeline)
  1. 6:41 pm CNN tweets Carson going to FL after IA but NOT dropping race.
  2. 6:44 pm CNN’s Dana Bash says it is "unusual" but DOES NOT SAY CARSON dropping out.
  3. 6:48 pm Amanda Carpenter FIRST to claim Carson is "releasing his voters."
  4. 6:53 pm Cruz campaign does NOT verify report with Carson, but sends email/text/post to that "Carson taking time off with big announcement next week."
  5. 6:53 pm Carson campaign clarifies report that he is "only going home to get clean clothes" NOT dropping out of race. Carson campaign tweets "We're here!"
  6. 7:00 pm Iowa Caucus Begins
  7. 7:01 pm Cruz campaign sends text/email blast to 1500 precinct chairpeople implying Carson getting out of race, and to TELL CARSON supporters to vote for Cruz. Cruz Tweet here.
  8. 7:05 pm Carson campaign spokesperson clarifies Carson is in race.
  9. 7:07 pm Cruz sends audio message to campaign that Carson is getting out of campaign, "tell Carson supporters, and tell them to vote for Cruz."
  10. 7:12 pm National Cruz Co-Chair, US Representative Steve King equates "leaving early is same as suspending campaign."
  11. 7:20 pm Even AFTER others protest to Rep. King, King tweets, "guess he's out. hope people vote for Cruz."
  12. 7:29 pm Second audio goes to all Cruz supporters saying same as 7:07 pm message.
  13. 7:30 pm Major news broadcasters continue denials of false report, and Cruz continuing to send out false messages - CNN AGAIN sends clarifying tweet Carson is in.
  14. 10:52 pm Cruz Public Relations chief (Professional CIA disinformation operative with ties to George Soros) sends multiple tweets trying to blame Trump campaign, then deletes it.
  15. Cruz FLAT LIED that CNN had inaccurately reported that Carson was suspending his campaign "from 6:30 p.m. to 9:15," and "didn't correct that story until 9:15 that night."
  16.  Cruz finally admits wrongdoing, apologizes to Ben Carson - WHILE blaming CNN.
Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad (R), who opposed Cruz openly during the race, said Thursday that Cruz’s tactics had been “unethical and unfair.”
Also on Thursday, Carson said that the Cruz campaign never tried to verify the truth before sending false information to supporters.
“As a Christian man, I accept the apology he has since offered and I take him at his word that he didn’t know,” Carson said. “But no actions have been taken to correct the problem. That I cannot accept.
“One thing is now clear — while Senator Cruz may preach against the ‘Washington Cartel,’ he will still adopt, or at least not condemn, Cartel tactics for his own political gain,” Carson wrote.
Further in the video Still report, the ex-staffer discusses the issue of Ted Cruz's alleged extramarital affairs.
And finally, we asked John Doe if there was anything to the allegations in the National Enquirer about Cruz having mistresses.
“It’s 100% true that he has affairs. All top-level staffers got an email directly from Heidi Cruz saying that she knew about it and it was ok, and for us to not concern ourselves with it.”
Amanda Carpenter commented at length on the National Enquirer chargers against John Edwards in 2008 including:
Media refused to report on Edwards affair in 08.  Now, staffers are saying they knew all along! Maybe someone should have called them then?  (tweet picture at top)
Social media matched an obscured photo in the National Enquirer article alleging Ted Cruz at least five mistresses while married to Heidi Cruz.  Carpenter went dark on social media for about 18 hours as the story broke not denying the affair, but gave a lengthy interview to CNN claiming she has always remained faithful to her husband.  She also claimed her relationship with Cruz was "entirely professional" despite numerous tweets publicized in the past days gushing over Senator Cruz and even wearing matching tattoos.  Some reporters still believe here denials were carefully crafted to give the appearance of fidelity, but with loopholes that would give her room to retract in the future.

Cruz Campaign Tells Us Heidi is Ted's Closest Adviser

There is a Facebook page called "As a Mom... A Sisterhood of Mommy Patriots" that can "no longer stand by" while Heidi Cruz's reputation is called into question.  Anyone who looks at my Twitter timeline can see that I defend her against the disgusting attacks on her looks or even the unfortunate incident in Austin uncovered by Buzzfeed.

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/video/ted-cruzs-wife-heidi-cruz-ted-partnership-36631430
It is important to look at Heidi through a political filter ONLY because we are told by Ted that she "helps him make every important decision together," and because former Goldman Sachs, current Chertoff Group Partner and Campaign Chairman Chad Sweet says that Heidi is Ted's #1 adviser.  She also is his leading fund raiser and we are told it is now her full time job.  Since the Cruz campaign has just refused to cooperate with the FEC on the $1 Million loan they received from Goldman Sachs - Heidi's employer who she refused to leave but take a leave of absence from, taking an honest, objective look at Heidi Cruz is very fair game.

Many have NOT taken the time to understand that not only did the Cruz's force the radical UN Agenda 21 plan via Heidi's participation on the North American Union and Ted's AUTHORSHIP of ObamaTrade, but they habitually lied about it.

My response to them below:

I spent 80 hour weeks helping to elect Ted Cruz to Senate. I spent countless hours researching the attacks on Ted (by Jeff Roe - who Cruz has now hired to run his campaign). I accepted a lot of Ted's word in the previous campaign. But - as this Cruz fan writes at http://bit.ly/CruzFan, I too looked again at a lot of my research. A lot affirmed what I knew. Even more completely blew me away and caused me to not only change my support, but to actively campaign against him.

Two major areas I looked at were Heidi's participation on the North American Union (creating an EU for Canada/US/New Mexico) and the fact Ted Cruz never told us he was still held Canadian citizenship when he ran for Senate. I discuss these in detail at http://bit.ly/PJ4Trump. But a quick overview. Regarding Heidi I did not know that the two did not share a home for many years. I did not know that she STILL is employed by Goldman Sachs, nor did I know that she directly received her job from the former President of Goldman who was also the former President of the World Bank. I was not aware that she was the Undersecretary to Condi Rice at the National Security Council. Ted called the Council for Foreign Relations a pit of snakes and claimed in 2011/12 that Heidi's participation was one of thousands of appointees and that she joined to try and change it. (That video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiFKtC6a9do) IT TURNS OUT HE WAS LYING. She was not one of THOUSANDS but 1 of 31 who spent over 5 years crafting the document. She worked directly under the chief architect of NAFTA. Ted later said that Heidi wrote an objection to the plan. Tell me if there is ANYTHING in her written statement that was published as part of the plan that sounds like an objection. Here is what she wrote (pp. 33-34):
“I support the Task Force report and its recommendations aimed at building a safer and more prosperous North America. Economic prosperity and a world safe from terrorism and other security threats are no doubt inextricably linked. While governments play an invaluable role in both regards, we must emphasize the imperative that economic investment be led and perpetuated by the private sector. There is no force proven like the market for aligning incentives, sourcing capital, and producing results like financial markets and profit-making businesses. This is simply necessary to sustain a higher living standard for the poorest among us—truly the measure of our success. As such, investment funds and financing mechanisms should be deemed attractive instruments by those committing the capital and should only be developed in conjunction with market participants.”:

The plan was SO radical that Canada refused to accept or modify it AND REWROTE IT ALL TOGETHER. You can read how insidious of a plan it is to remove the major protections to US Sovereignty here: http://www.dcclothesline.com/2015/04/04/can-you-handle-the-truth-ted-heidi-cruz-and-the-north-american-union/

The fact that Ted Cruz AUTHORED the sovereignty killing ObamaTrade law, lied about his apparent change of heart, and then voted to ban Congress from having veto power over nations like China joining without Senate confirmation, is all the more reason to carefully look at why these two seem adamant to weaken American's Constitutional protections.  It is not a little thing that Cruz sided with Obama to give Iran nuclear and economic power against everything conservatives have been fighting the administration on since 2009.

I absolutely believed Ted when he said that "didn't know" he was Canadian 2 years ago when the Dallas Morning News researched and discovered it. However, it took him nearly 6 months to actually file the papers with Canada to revoke his citizenship and CNN interviewed Princeton classmates who said not only did Cruz KNOW HE WAS CANADIAN, he bragged about it. (http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/07/politics/ted-cruz-citizenship-childhood/index.html) In fact, now that it is just beginning to be researched, we find out that Ted Cruz has SEALED his immigration, passport and school records just like Obama. His mother says she obtained a passport for him when Ted was a senior in High School, but we don't actually have ANY IMMIGRATION documents that he would have filed at 4 years old when his mother moved back to America, or the Consular Record of Birth Abroad that has been required since 1919 to registered children of US citizens abroad. We also don't know on what legal basis his father - who elected Canadian citizenship before Ted was born - and who didn't apply for American citizenship for over 35 years - was allowed into the country. Whether you believe he is a native American as the 1875 MINOR vs HAPPERSETT Supreme Court decision defined it or a natural born citizen as Founder Dave Ramsey wrote in the definition of US citizenship in 1789 - we do know that NO ONE has been allowed US entry or citizenship merely by showing up with a parent's birth certificate. WHY ARE THEY SEALED? There is much, much more intrigue on the matter at http://bit.ly/CruzCRBA and http://bit.ly/CruzNBC .

Regardless - the Cruz's are NOT who they said they were when they ran for Senate. This is a major reason why Sarah Paln, Katrina Pierson and many of us who worked on the campaign can no longer support him.

In ABC interview, Heidi Cruz says that her profession is fundraising.
It is also her hobby.  The only one she mentions.

Yes It's True. And Ted Cruz Doesn't Need to Apologize

The National Enquirer published an article today, saying that Ted Cruz has had extramarital affairs with at least 5 women.  Even those who were convinced of the Texas Senator's well documented lying and deception were taken surprise at the charge against the man who was exalted as the "godly" candidate for President.  With operatives and supporters deeply embedded in the Evangelical circles, he embraced the call to "bring the country back to righteousness."  Many of us warned that this was a huge problem not only because he was human, but also because it distorted the gospel message.  That being that "righteousness" does not come from being good, but from the trust and faith that Jesus is 100% good in your place if you will trust and believe Him to be your Lord.

The evidence will continue to build, but the Washington Times has confirmed that 2 of the 5 women named in the National Enquirer article are indeed mistresses or former mistresses of Ted Cruz from their reporter Drew Johnson.
The Enquirer's lawyers adamantly stand by the story. For a complete run down on the story and evidence please visit Danger & Play and The Conservative Treehouse.

Even without the knowledge that the National Enquirer endorsed Mr. Trump recently and is owned by a close friend of his, many immediately wanted to pass the charges off as cheap, tabloid tricks to help Trump, to sell papers or both.   Many likely aren't aware that the National Enquirer has been at the forefront of many scandals, initially vehemently denied, but later found to be 100% accurate.  Tiger Woods mistresses, Jesse Jackson's love child, Steve Job's cancer, and Rush Limbaugh's Oxycontin addiction to name a few.

In fact the Enquirer won a Pulitzer Prize for the investigative journalism uncovering the mistress and child of Presidential candidate Jonathan Edwards in 2008.  The Enquirer's work eventually not only ended Edwards political career, but it also was used in the filing of criminal charges in the coverup.  The effort that the publication put forth to get the story right is a drama in itself.  However upon winning the coveted award, the paper made it clear it would become specialists in this kind of thing even in politics.

Anecdotally, defenders came from all sides - liberal and conservative - to affirm the integrity of the paper.  This from the comments section on the story at the liberal leaning site Gawker:
The Cruz campaign marketing was pervasive.  Even the day before the news broke, Glenn Beck was declaring that anyone who voted for Donald Trump wasn't a Christian.  Evangelical pastors took to social media, airwaves and pulpits to "take a stand for decency," implying that Donald Trump was somehow not decent, and Ted Cruz was.

They explicitly played to religious and honorable tones as highlighted below in this sample email from early February:
Dear Friend,

This won't be my typical email to you. I hope you will take a moment to read it.

If you are like me, you are probably getting a little tired of all the noise and media frenzy around this campaign. The personal attacks and outright false claims are staggering.

There is so much misleading information flying around on cable TV, the internet and the so-called "mainstream" media -- it's enough to make good people abandon this process and just turn it off altogether.

But, Friend, despite how frustrating this process is -- it is of critical importance. I will never give up fighting for Americans and working to win this campaign because so much is on the line.

I hope and pray you won't give up either.

In fact, I'm so committed to winning this campaign I want to make you a personal commitment today (and in a second I'm going to ask you to make a commitment in return).

First, my commitment to you
  1. I will always be a consistent conservative -- both in word and deed. You will never have to worry about me caving to the Washington establishment.
  2. I will always shoot straight with you. I will tell the truth. I will apologize when I make a mistake.
  3. I will run an honorable campaign. I will discuss the difference between candidates, but I will not engage in personal negative attacks. And when I'm personally attacked, I will not respond in kind with vicious below-the-belt revenge attacks.
  4. I will be a good steward of your support and financial investment in me. I want you to know your support is faithfully used.
  5. I will work as hard as I can, make personal and professional sacrifices to win this campaign, and reignite liberty in our nation.
  6. I don't make these commitments lightly. They are my heartfelt vows to you.
If you accept these commitments as my open pledge to you, then I'm hoping you will make a commitment to me as well.

Your commitment would mean a great deal to me, as I am just days away from the votes being cast in South Carolina, and the stakes are incredibly high.

YES, I COMMIT

Honestly Friend, to win this campaign, I'm going to need your commitment because I cannot do it alone.

That's why I hope you will make the following commitment to me:
  1. Commit to pray. In the words of our savior Jesus Christ, where two or more gather, He is there. And while I am blessed with an incredible prayer team, I hope I can count on your prayers as well.
  2. Commit to vote. No matter which state you live in, your vote will have the power to help shape this country, and I hope you will commit to vote for me.
  3. Commit to support to this campaign and make an important donation when I need it most.
Our campaign is coming up against the most brutal opposition only days before the next primary votes are to be cast, and to overcome it, I need the renewed commitment of each and every supporter of my campaign -- no matter the size.

YES, I COMMIT

Friend, thank you for taking the time to read my rather lengthy email. And thank you for considering making a commitment to my campaign.

This is our time, and together we can reignite liberty across America.

Heidi and I are forever grateful for you support.

For liberty,

Ted Cruz
In hindsight, it isn't hard to generate a bit of anger especially because he played on the Christian values of commitment and virtue.   He took money under these pretenses as well.

Few may remember how adamantly the liberals disparaged the Enquirer at stories concerning their Presidential candidate (Edwards) or those against Bill Clinton who claimed he "did not having sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky" from a silly little website called the Drudge Report.  But yes, this report is true.  There are other non-sexual problems with the Cruz campaign developing that may or may not continue to shock those who believed Ted to be the perfect Christian man.

The odd thing about all of this is that Americans, even most Christians, are quite forgiving.  Largely because those of us who have walked a bit of life ourselves have fallen very short of our best aspirations and ideals.  It also explains why Donald Trump so easily won the Evangelical vote in most of the primary states despite his past infidelity, multiple marriages and vulgarity.  It was because Donald Trump never ran from his past mistakes that he was so popular.  He didn't attempt to hide or blame anyone and many could discern his sincerity.   At least those of us who were honest with our own personal evaluations of our shortcomings.

What these people do not understand, is that it is not the sin that is the issue.  It is the hypocrisy, denial or irresponsibility of facing the truth.   And for that Ted DOES need to come clean, an even ask our forgiveness for insulting our intelligence and using us.

But, the miraculous thing about the Jesus and the Christian faith, is that to be right with Him - you do not have to be perfectYOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO GOD

I know that it is a radical concept to most Christians, but even your BEST days, doing the best things you know to do - are like "dirty rags" to the purity of God.  It is why God the Father risked seeing his only son tortured and killed.  Because He loved us enough to find a way for us to be at peace with Him.

Jesus ALREADY died for your sins.  He doesn't need to die all over again for the new sins you committed today.  Most of us, experiencing that kind of love DO want to apologize because we realize that we've harmed someone.  It isn't for our benefit it is for theirs.  God, however, doesn't require it.

You only have to accept that all the penalty and judgement you deserve was poured out upon Him on a cross in Jerusalem over 2,000 years ago.  For those who have never accepted Christ as Lord, the book of Romans gives very simple direction.

"...if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

That word "saved" is much deeper than just getting eternal life.  It means to be healed, restored, and complete.  Not just spiritually, but physically, emotionally, financially, and in every other way.  And that IS hard to believe with all the world has taught us from our youth.  But that is the amazing and astonishing gift from Jesus.

The process of trusting on an unseen God in Jesus, is no different for all of us - including Ted Cruz - to be forgiven for the sins AFTER we are saved.  In fact, the radical idea for which Jesus was killed - is that you literally do not have to do anything....but believe that He paid for all of your sin, for you to be forgiven.

The same may not be true for those whom you have hurt.  To them you owe it to them to ask forgiveness and possibly even make restitution.  But God is not mad or upset.  He not only already loves you, but He has also already forgiven you.  The story of the adulteress who was being stoned is an example of that unmerited favor - or grace.  She did nothing for Jesus to stop her accusers.  And after they left, Jesus did not require groveling, or even sorrow for Him to declare that He did not condemn her either.  She only believed, and acknowledged Him as Lord, for her to be declared free from her sin.

God’s Righteousness Through Faith

21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.   Romans 3 - NKJV

The scripture above talks of that grace that is available to Ted Cruz.  And he can demonstrate the real essence of God that he freely borrowed upon during his campaign, by showing how freely God can forgive, just by believing that God already forgives Him.  It will be maddening to those who want him to be cast naked into a desert of snakes to "prove" he has accounted for his sins, but God has already paid that price between he and God.

And once he knows that, the Holy Spirit who dwells in Ted, can direct him on how to regain a life and trust of those who will continue to walk with him.  Some may never forgive him.  But just as Cain continue a life after murdering Abel, a different life can continue.  There are stories across America of lives that held great promise, which are fulfilled in a different way.  God can make that happen.

Many will require that Ted make this up to them in some way.  Some requests he may not be able to fulfill.  Almost all however, will require some level of acknowledgement of his guilt and the pain he has caused donors, volunteers and especially pastors who thought this was a way to help bring our country to a better understanding of God.  To those people, Ted Cruz can finally fulfill the promise he made on the trail.

To be honest and come clean.  ON EVERYTHING.

To be accountable.

To apologize for his mistakes.

And miraculously, the very sin that will have cost him his dream to be President, will serve as a real life example to millions to show how to comeback in God's grace from any devastating loss or self-inflicted fault of our own.

He doesn't need to apologize to anyone.  Unless he wants to fulfill the calling God has for him now.

Did Ted Cruz Really Win Every County in Maine?

Summary:
  • The Maine GOP caucus turnout was 342% over 2008
(VA and TX were 110% and 109% where millions spent in ads)

  • Every expert expected Trump to win, yet Cruz inexplicably won EVERY county.  Cruz had only won a single county in New Hampshire in the NH and none, 4 hours away in MA 4 days before.

  • The Chief Caucus Warden printed 80,000 ballots for a 30% turnout. No previous GOP caucus  had been over 7% or 6,500 ballots cast.

  • 2 of the 3 billionaires who fund Cruz's campaign are leading computer technology icons including cutting edge campaigning systems and the first investor of Facebook who also owns the NSA's intelligence "engine."

  • Hackers have published evidence that Minnesota's GOP had the EXACT primary results on their server ready to publish, the day before the MN primary was held.
*******UPDATE*********
The history of Utah voter fraud and machine obsolescence here.  Utah voter (fmr GOP leader) describes witnessing first hand voter fraud at Utah caucuses here.  Cruz asks followers to break Utah law for absentee votes here.
************************

Many were shocked at Ted Cruz's wins in Oklahoma, Kansas and Maine where, not only did he win states heavily polling for Trump by double digits, he won convincingly. Maine is especially interesting because, being a "blue" Northeastern state, not a single notable political pundit or the Cruz campaign itself, ever predicted this state would be in play, much less won by Ted Cruz.  The final tally was Ted Cruz 46% to Donald Trump at 33% a 13 point win.  This is especially shocking since nationally, in polls which aggregated Cruz-friendly red states, Trump was leading Cruz by approximately 35% to 20%.  This means Cruz exceeded expectations in Maine by nearly 30 points.  This is far worse than the 18 point swing in favor of Harry Reid's Senate race against Sharon Angle in 2010 who was leading the race by at least 7 points the day before the election.  Although never proven or addressed by complaints to the Department of Justice, the Democrat activist union SEIU had the contract to "service" voting machines in Clark County where Reid had an unprecedented turnout in his favor.

How then do we understand and account for the sudden rise in Cruz votes in Maine?

The GOP caucus was held on Saturday, March 5th and the DNC caucus was held the following day.  In Chelsea, there were reports that the lines were over two hours long and some people did leave early.  That certainly could account for some percentage of the vote.

There were other reports of names not on the voting rolls, and many first time voters.   Both Trump and Cruz visited Maine the week prior so neither had a substantial advantage in press or awareness.  This could account for a rise in Cruz's visibility over Rubio and Kaisch.

What we do know is that no official polls were done in Maine prior to the caucuses.  A straw poll done in September following the CNN debate had Carly Fiorina at 36% and Trump in second place at 26.9%.  Ted Cruz was in fifth place at 6.9% behind Rubio (10.7%) and Rand Paul (8%).  As an indicator of engagement we can look at fund raising in the state.  Jeb Bush raised the most money of all candidates in Maine ($134,000) and Cruz raised $49,000 after Carson ($69,000) and Fiorina ($69,000).  Rubio raised about $30,000.  Without any other hard information we have to rely on the experts familiar with the GOP political climate in Maine.  These ratios are basically the same for New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Both major papers in Bangor and Portland, as well as the political staff of the Boston Globe had no reason to believe anyone but Trump would win.

Last Friday, Maine Governor Paul LePage endorsed Trump (LePage originally backed New Jersey Governor Chris Christie before he dropped out). But the governor has only informally mobilized his political apparatus to help Trump because there was so little time to organize.

That said, many Maine political strategists view a Trump win in the state as inevitable given his momentum coming out of Super Tuesday and the LePage endorsement.
Boston Globe March 4, 2016
Indeed, Maine Governor LePage, who has cut welfare rolls to less than half of what they were when he took office and who has gained an "A" rating by many fiscal conservatives including the CATO Institute,  endorsed Donald Trump the week prior.  Although the left-leaning state is less than enamored of his conservative policy success, he is a hero among GOP and conservative circles in Maine.  The day of the caucus, the pundits polled by the Bangor paper reiterated that Trump would win and the LePage endorsement was important.

The same Bangor paper a few weeks earlier published a discussion between pundits which showed that Cruz wasn't considered in contention at all. In fact, he was only mentioned for his Princess Bride reference on the trail. With Trump's crushing of Kaisch by 20 points in New Hampshire a week earlier, no one had any objective reason to believe Trump would not be successful in Maine.

Ted Cruz could barely compete for his base of evangelical voters against Donald Trump in South Carolina and Alabama, much less all GOP voters in the blue states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  New Hampshire is the least religious state in the Union and Massachusetts is the fourth least.   Maine is the third least religious.

There are not more non-religious conservatives there either.  Maine is the 8th most liberal state, slightly less liberal than Massachusetts but more liberal than New Hampshire.  In other words, in voter make up, there doesn't seem to be a natural constituency for Cruz especially when Rubio and Kaisch are in the race.  Moreover, only Kaisch and Trump have had any consistent showing among this profile of voter to date in voting and in polling.

Ted Cruz placed third in New Hampshire, barely beating Jeb Bush by 0.7% with 11.7% of the vote.  In Massachusetts, Cruz came in 4th  (9.6%) to Marco's 17.9%.  Trump had 35.3% in the New Hampshire following his narrow Iowa loss to Cruz. Iowa is the most conservative GOP primary underscoring the breadth of competitiveness he holds in nearly every demographic.  Donald had 49.3% in Massachusetts winning more votes than Romney did in the state where Mitt previously was Governor.  This was only 3 days before the Maine caucus which is only four hours away by car.

So how on March 5th, following Trump's decisive 7 state win days before on Super Tuesday, did Cruz beat Donald 45.9% to Trump's 32.6%?  Moreover, how is it possible that following a decisive Minnesota win, that Rubio could only have attracted 8% of the vote when he had nearly doubled Cruz's vote totals in Massachusetts days before?  Between New Hampshire and Massachusetts, (as seen in the graphic to the right courtesy CNN Exit Polling), Cruz only won one single precinct or county.  This was the town of Millsville which had a total of 17 votes, among the smallest in New Hampshire.  By contrast Kaisch won 12 precincts in New Hampshire with over 11,000 total votes and over 16 counties in Massachusetts.  In Maine however, Kaisch supposedly only received 1/4th the votes Ted did - 12.2% of the vote - and didn't win a single county.  Again, although different states, the demographic makeup and media markets are not that dissimilar.

Here is the shocker. According to the Maine GOP results (PDF) Ted Cruz won EVERY county in Maine - mostly in convincing fashion - except tiny Somerset County where he lost to Trump 33 to 38 individual votes.  Kaisch never came in second place once, despite running first or second in nearly every other county in the Northeast.

Initial news reports claimed there were four times the number of voters over 2012, but the number ended up being about triple at 18,650.  Some who attended the caucuses wrote of serious concerns on the Portland Press Herald website about how accurate these totals were.

http://www.centralmaine.com/2016/03/05/cruz-tops-trump-in-kennebec-county-gop-poll/
So there clearly was a large turnout.  Ironically, the Democrats reported the same overwhelming turnout, but actually recorded a slightly smaller turnout than in 2008 as we will see below.  Some where reporting actual voter totals.
Cfindlay reports above that there were 5500 in Cumberland. There is no source for that number although this writer is Assuming it came from an election official.  The combined total of all 3 polling locations in Cumberland county - reported by the Maine GOP - was 3,762 still a staggering number compared to previous years.

The published Maine 2016 GOP vote total of 18, 627 votes is 290% higher than 2012 and 342% higher than 2008.  This is significantly higher than the highest turnout in the Northeast (Vermont at 57%) and surpasses that of the highest states of all, Cruz's home state of Texas which had a 109% turnout over 2008 and Virginia at 110%.  In BOTH of these states, records amount of advertising was spent.  There is no public record of TV ad spending by any campaign or SuperPac in Maine.   Why would the turn out in Maine exceed the largest contested states by a factor of three?

It is hard to fathom that Cruz would generate a bigger turnout in the obscure state of Maine, than in his home state where he has 50,000 volunteer grassroots GOV workers and where he spent over $1 million in advertising.  Even where Cruz has spent effort in neutral states, he still has largely not generated near the voter participation or interest that Donald Trump has.

And, there is simply no explanation for this.  An even number vote total, equivalent to 62% of the vote of the entire county, over 2 and a half times the votes the leader in the national polls got.

While Trump was packing stadiums in the tens of thousands, Cruz often has empty seats in venues 3 to 7 times smaller.  A good analysis of the Oklahoma and Kansas venues can be found here.  In one example, in Oklahoma, Trump filled a 15,000 person stadium with lines outside, while Cruz generously attracted 3,000 with a much larger venue available only a few blocks away.   An Ohio GOP chairmen reported that of the 46,000 new voters they are registering, over 90% are registering to vote for Donald Trump.  According to the IBTimes, through Super Tuesday, Trump had about 3.37 million total votes. Romney, at this point in 2008, had 3.28 million — even though seven more states had voted.  Contrary to the protests of Cruz followers, analysts like Brownstein have concluded from exit polling that Trump is not so much drawing new voters to the GOP, as reinvigorating those who have left the party.  In fact, Republican turnout is the highest it has been since 1980  there is no data attributing any of that to Ted Cruz.
Cruz is not generating the audiences or voter participation at a fraction the rate Trump is.
This is why, like Maine, the victories in Kansas and Oklahoma are suspect.  Were Cruz to have won a convincing majority of his own state, a sudden double digit lead elsewhere might be harder to argue.  But, with the exception of Marco Rubio, Cruz performed worse than any other Presidential candidate in their home state in over 104 years.  How can he win a near majority in the northeastern state of Maine when he could not break 12% in neighboring states no more than a few hours away?

BBlogger Lame Cherry points out, that Cruz received more votes this year in Maine than the entire GOP field in 2012.  Mitt Romney carried Maine easily in 2008 and 2012 when GOP voter enthusiasm was still peaking. Yet Cruz's 8,880 votes exceeds Romney's by over 30% from 2008.  Trump, being from the Northeast is well known by those constituencies, while Cruz nationally is registering around 20% of undecideds.

Is it possible that the electoral voting systems are compromised?  Every election cycle there are reports that a candidate is registered for a voter attempting to vote for their candidate.  There were confirmed reports of it happening in Austin Texas during this year's GOP Primary and over 298 cases have been reported in Kansas. Other, more disturbing irregularities are also being discovered.

Hackers have found files with the exact final vote totals reported by the Minnesota GOP, stored on the GOP servers THE DAY BEFORE THE PRIMARY HAPPENED.

In the Minnesota, a hacker found the EXACT final results reported in the GOP primary on the GOP servers the day before the primary.  (h/t Lame Cherry) The national press won't cover the story.

How does this tie to Cruz?  Robert Mercer is one of the 4 billionaires who account for the majority of Ted Cruz's war chest.  Robert Mercer is a reclusive genius who writes software that tracks trends and automatically take advantage of these data systems. Mercer has been working with Cruz on predictive modeling and voter "micro-targeting" to expand campaigning beyond the limits of any other group to date.  It has been fully documented that these systems invade privacy and personal data including taking Facebook data from Cruz supporters without permission.  One of the other billionaires is none other than Peter Thiel, eBay co-founder, original Facebook investor, and primary owner of the primary US Intelligence NSA engine - Palantir.  These relationships are documented here.

Vote rigging is real.  Even in the GOP.   This from Dennis Michael Lynch:

Clinton Curtis was an everyday computer programmer in Florida until he was asked by a powerful Republican legislator to create vote-rigging software for electronic voting machines.

Curtis was a software programmer from Oviedo, FL who claimed in a sworn 2004 affidavit and then sworn testimony before members of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, that he was asked to create a vote-rigging software prototype for touch-screen voting systems back in 2000 by then Rep. Tom Feeney (R-FL), a very powerful Republican in the Sunshine State and a close friend of the Bush family.

At the time, Curtis worked for a company named Yang Enterprises, Inc., which had many contracts with NASA and the state of Florida. In 2000, when he says Feeney asked him to create the vote-rigging software, Feeney was both the Speaker of the FL House, as well as a registered lobbyist for Yang.
So this was the Bush family doings.  Who now runs the Cruz campaign?  Neil Bush is the head of fund raising. Jeb Bush just endorsed Cruz.  Former Bush DHS head Larry Chertoff's partner RUNS the Cruz campaign.  Still think Cruz is an "outsider?"

Foreign interests control as much as 50% of the US voting system.  Many were concerned about Scytl electronic voting system - Soros affiliated - which the White House was adopting for military voting in 2010.  This writer's understanding has expanded into the spiderweb and history that goes much deeper in large part to one other source.  Here is an excerpt tracing these relationships:
Andreu Riera of Spain created a vote counter which was based upon his casino gambling program.....meaning the program was to play the odds, so the house could generate wins at a 15% margin, and therefore always win.  Riera was murdered in Spain, and his program was stolen, and as I proved not one Conservative in the world ever won an election after this program was installed, and only leftists did.
The short version is that it is quite possible that this technology has been adapted or put to use in our elections.  The approach doesn't require that every precinct in America is compromised, but only key precincts, in key states in key elections that can remain unnoticed.  By "skimming" 15% of the actual votes across a number of precincts, the vote totals can remain intact but the concentration of votes can be flipped for the candidate of choice.  As shown in the link to the Minnesota vote totals above, it not only is possible this is happening in Maine, Kansas and Oklahoma, but very probable.  In the case where 15% was not enough to skim from the other candidates, the only other solution would be to artificially raise the total number of cast ballots.  Inexplicably, the official responsible for printing ballots printed 80,000 ballots - over TEN TIMES the number needed in past elections.  The highest turnout in a Maine GOP caucus prior to this year was 7% of registered voters.  From the Bangor Daily News:
Kim Pettengill, chief caucus warden for the Maine Republican Party, said she printed 80,000 ballots for Maine Republicans for Saturday. “I based it on a 30 percent voter turnout,” she said.
No formal connection to the Cruz campaign or Cruz endorsement officials could be found, but Pettengill was involved in a voting dispute in 2005.  The disputing party claimed the voting process was ambiguous and was attempting to address the crude accounting of votes by addressing it at a state level with new legislation, not any reported indictment or fault of Pettengill.

NOTE: It must be addressed that those tracing the information to the Lame Cherry blog will find it insightful, bizarre, insulting, offensive and more.  The blog alludes to the possibly that in previous employment they were involve in our intelligence service.  The writer at times seems insane but their information - like the GOP MN - is often invaluable. In an acknowledgement to the reliability and accuracy of what they write, Lame Cherry, following the Kansas and Oklahoma voting aberrations and prior to the Michigan and Mississippi primaries, indicated that they had sources informing them that Cruz's team was told to stop their vote stealing program.  True to the prediction, both states reported final results very close to polling trends in the weeks previous.

The demand on Cruz's team to cease their vote stealing, if indeed it happened, may in part be due to the blatant differences in expectations and results from the voting programs - or the inability to fine them tune them.  It would be difficult to maintain faith in the system if you have a candidate with very little support winning EVERY county in Northeast without someone asking deeper questions that could lead to actions and problems such as indictments.  Although the DoJ in the current administration has shown no interest to prosecute these matters, prospective US Attorney Generals by the names of Joe Arpaio or Chris Christie, very well might do so.

These results simply don't make sense

In Defense of Ted Cruz from a Trump Dominionist

This is in response to a post on the supposed "cult" of the 7 Mountains message popular in many Christian circles.  The full post below from this link as well as the author's incredibly deficient response.

I read with interest your article on "Dominionism."

Although I am very much against a Ted Cruz presidency for objective reasons you can read at my site, I believe you have made some serious errors in your conclusions about the "7 Mountains" teachings.

First, a little about myself, I began a personal (albeit tumultuous) relationship with Jesus Christ when I was 19.  I had been raised in the Methodist church. After my conversion in college, I attended a Baptist church until I was propositioned by two gay men in the choir.  My real Christian growth came in a Louisville, Kentucky church that was part of the "shepherding" movement of Derek Prince, Don Basham, and Charles Simpson. This movement birthed Integrity (Hosanna) Music of which the promotion and distribution of Hillsong Music was it's most widely known success.  Unfortunately, many in the movement (not those at the top) distorted the message of operating under authority of leaders - a very scripturally sound principle - into more of a cult.  I personally know ppl who were amazing Christians, but in their sincere devotion to please God, ended up accepting the direction of their pastor rather than seeking God for decisions.  A few books have been written about the movement objectively, but it shows a single idea can be perverted by man's will or misunderstanding.  What I learned from this is that we all can be like the Apostle Peter (who had the distinct advantage over us by being directly educated by Jesus) who was misapplying scripture that the Apostle Paul had to rebuke.

I happen to personally know many of the leaders in the 7 Mountains movement.  You grossly misrepresent the thoughts and views of MOST leaders (not all I admit) by inferring that there is some sinister plan for theocratic rule to take control of all aspects of society and manipulate the masses.  NOTHING could be further from the truth.  The "Seven Mountains" concept came from prayer insights of a few men including Dr. Bill Bright (who sold his very successful candy company and started Campus Crusade for Christ) and Loren Cunningham (who started acclaimed worldwide charity organization Youth With a Mission.)
Reagan signs Natl Day of Prayer Declaration
Vonette Bright in red
I personally knew Dr. Bright and his lovely wife Vonnette who started the National Day of Prayer.  They NEVER had any of these motives in their writings, speeches or personal views.
The message of the Seven Mountains message is very simple.  Some will cringe at my example but i would summarize it this way.

"Someone, or many someones, are currently influencing Hollywood through leadership, ownership or talent.  Instead of someone like radical gay activist David Geffen, why shouldn't that be someone who is sympathetic to Christian values?"

It's not rocket science.  God instructed Adam to "take dominion" of the earth.  Jesus repurchased the rights to earth back from satan and Jesus has a legal right to see followers of His run it.  But as He showed at Calvary, He didn't call down a million angels to take it by force.  He bought the right of Christians to take it over by grace - through faith - being led by the Spirit of God which IS love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, meekness (great strength under control), and self-control.
This is why the pastor who felt he had a right to kills gays (and who introduced Ted Cruz who did not rebuke him) is seriously off in the land of Beelzebub. Under this theory the "cowardly" and "unbelieving" would go first as well as robbers, liars and anyone "who looked at a woman with lust" since these are thrown into the hell of fire. Remember that Jesus said thinking about sinning and doing it was the same thing.  But it's not the complete picture of what Jesus said, since He also said that, for those who trust in Him as their Lord, He would take the punishment of what we deserve in our place.

I personally know Mike Bickle.  I disagree with with some of Mike's viewpoints.  But I can tell you his heart is to ONLY follow Jesus Christ.  He gets a lot wrong in my opinion and the controversy about God sending Hitler is extremely distorted.  You can read the excerpt here.  God does say he will send fishermen and hunters to restore the nation of Israel.  Scripture says that the age of grace that Jesus brought WILL come to an end when Jesus brings judgement to those who don't believe.  That is not today and that is why I believe Bickle is wrong.  But never does he advocate for Jews to be hunted or forced to conversion.  He is one of the biggest supporters of Israel and his ministry prays (literally) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for Israel.
In fact it was a Jewish couple who sold the property from Harry Truman (the President who made the modern day nation of Israel possible) at an obscenely low price - way under market value - in large part due to the amazingly positive impact Bickle's organization has had on Kansas City and especially young people.

If you are a Christian and believe the inerrancy of the Bible you likely agree with Mike Bickle on 90% or more of what he does.  But even Jesus, said that those who are operating with the same goal of Jesus "in Jesus name" should be "left alone" by His disciples.  Not attacked mercilessly by those who claim to serve the same God.  (This also is the problem I have with religious Cruz supporters who make the same error with Donald Trump's faith in my opinion.)
Two influential Christian leaders who embrace the concept of the "Seven Mountains" are very big Trump supporters.  Lance Wallnau and Paula White.  Wallnau has said multiple times that he would not necessarily be for Trump if he hadn't felt God had spoken to him about Trump's use in God's purpose as a "wrecking ball." He suspects that means the White House but is very clear that he does not know that for a fact, and wants WHOMEVER God wants - even if it doesn't fit his own preferences.

What you will find with most of all of these pastors is something similar.  They operate under what they believe is the leading of God and all of them make mistakes.  The bible said that as many 'are led by the Spirit' are sons of God.  Listening to God and making decisions based on what and how you believe He is leading you is encouraged by God.  Paul also said that some prophecies will fail.  This leads to a lot of confusion not only with secular people but Christians as well.
Indeed there are a minority of pastors who advocate for Christians "running" the spheres of influence in every area of society before Jesus returns.  That does not necessarily (and should not) mean that there is any sordid process to gain those levels of influences. If they are Christian living by Christian principles they should be trusted to obtain those positions more righteously than Islam (which advocates lying to achieve it's ends) or atheists who can change their moral code to fit what they want or believe.
Just as there are medical doctor abortionists who took a Hippocratic oath to protect life, there are also Christian pastors who don't fully understand the "good news" or gospel of grace, the gospel of peace (shalom - completeness) or the gospel of the Kingdom.  Many, like Paul wrote of the Galatians, are errantly attempting to put Believers back under bondage of rules, and laws.  In fact a change of mind comes through blessing, not fear.  I often forget that when I am trying to convince someone who doesn't hold my view.
But the attempt to demonize "Dominionism" is hypocritical to anyone who wants someone with THEIR views in a place of power and influence.  And it simply is inaccurate if the aberrant views of a few are monolithicly applied to fellow Believers who have a sincere heart for God.
As appalled as you might be that other conservatives think you condone the past of Mike Tyson because he endorsed Donald Trump, so are those of us who are attempting to influence culture for good.

Mischaracterizations of this movement by fringe proponents is really is a distraction from the real values of each candidate that come from their own actions or words.
Thanks for listening.

You can often tell where someone is coming from by the tone of their reply - if not the actual words.  Here am I, someone being very respectful who has signficiant knowledge about a subject.  Unfortunately, the author showed know objective response on the merits but  - like so many - suppresses any intelligently arguments under broad emotional bias.  It is unfortunate that there is sometimes more reasoned communication in secular discussions like here - than among Christians.

*******************************************************************
My response:

That's not factual as your whole article falsely accuses many of these leaders of heresy. Forget that, unlike my response to you, you exhibit no love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, meekness or self-control.

Suggesting that Bill Bright or Loren Cunningham (or Lance Wallnau) used  R.J. Rushdoony as a source is complete conjuncture and absolutely ignorant of the entire "movement."    If you were even journalisticly responsible, you would reach out to these people for comment before publishing.  You didn't. You copied lots of research from legalistic sources who themselves exhibit questionable theological theories.

Worse, in addition to attacking other Christians, you show no intellectual ability to defend your position or spiritual maturity to rationally discuss your problems.  Well, it is only a wise man who accepts rebuke so perhaps that tells us something right there.
The worst is that you smear Dr. Bill and Vonnette Bright who are now deceased and who were very good friends to many of us.  Ronald Reagan worked with Vonnette to being the National Day of Prayer and I have quite a few friends who not only accepted Christ through Dr. Bright's Campus Crusade for Christ, but dozens of major Christian leaders attribute their ministry to him as well including Josh McDowell (Evidence that Demands A Verdict).  Over 25,000 staff work for Campus Crusade worldwide and there are over half a million trained volunteers.  Campus Crusade for Christ, International is a canopy for more than seventy other ministries operating in an array of contexts in the United States and abroad.  One of Campus Crusade’s most successful projects, The Jesus Film has been viewed by more than 5.5 billion people in over 800 languages spanning across 235 countries and provinces.

The sheer numbers associated with Bright’s ministry boggle the mind.  Bright’s tract, the 4 Spiritual Laws has  been used in innumerable presentations of the gospel in hundreds of languages.  For good or for bad when many people think about or are asked to explain the gospel they will resort to the four points Bright wrote over fifty years ago.

Here I give you many specific instances in which you have attributed evil motives to good Christians.  ALL CHRISTIAN LEADERS are imperfect. Martin Luther tended toward writings that could be deemed anti-Semitic.  Billy Graham and his daughter admit he wasn't a very good father.  He also suggested that there was more ways to heaven than Jesus at one time.
If you call yourself a Christian, there is nothing that gives you the excuse to not operate according to Matthew 18 at the very least, or embrace humility to even show a WILLINGNESS to make sure you are not in error yourself.
As I said in my response, NONE of these men, or us, are perfect.  However, you are acting as if you are the only one with special wisdom or knowledge.  That in itself is the first sign of a cult.

Luke 9:50 New King James Version (NKJV)

TED CRUZ AT “KILL THE GAYS” DOMINIONISM RALLY

By Kelleigh Nelson
March 11, 2016
NewsWithViews.com
"Why stoning? There are many reasons. First, the implements of execution are available to everyone at virtually no cost." Thrift and ubiquity aside, "executions are community projects--not with spectators who watch a professional executioner do `his' duty, but rather with actual participants. That modern Christians never consider the possibility of the reintroduction of stoning for capital crimes, indicates how thoroughly humanistic concepts of punishment have influenced the thinking of Christians." ~Gary North, Reconstruction leader
Dominionists provide the most enthusiastic constituency for stoning since the Taliban seized Kabul.
He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. ... John 8:7
No matter how simplified I try to keep the definition of Dominionism, it is such a huge topic, that it’s difficult to make it concise, or even use the K.I.S.S. method. I constantly receive emails from people asking me to explain this aberrant doctrine in Christianity. Despite my previous efforts, many still do not understand. There are wonderful researchers who I’ll link to for your perusal, hoping this will help. It is really of the utmost importance because one of the candidates is steeped in this false doctrine, as are his close supporters, Glenn Beck, David Barton, and Ted’s father, Rafael Cruz, Sr.
What is Dominionism?
There are three basic tenets to Dominionism
Dominionist wants a theocracy (government) of their form of Christians leading the country.
Dominionists wants a theonomy (Old Testament Law) in this theocracy, which means, their beliefs are based on Old Testament Mosaic laws, minus a few dietary restrictions, which will govern/rule the society.
Dominionists want to use Old Testament law, including “stoning” to rid the country of sinners such as homosexuals, adulterers, disobedient children, those who take the Lord’s name in vain, etc., although not all Dominionists subscribe to this tenet of the doctrine.
Dominionists believe that we (mankind) have a mandate to build the “kingdom of God” on earth, restoring paradise, by progressively and supernaturally transforming ourselves and all societal institutions, through subduing and ruling the earth by whatever means possible, including using technology, science and psycho-social engineering; and then and only then will a “Christ” manifest his presence on earth.
Al Dager in his book VENGEANCE IS OURS: The Church In Dominion (Sword 1990) lists two further definitions of Dominionism:
A basic premise of dominion theology is that when Adam sinned, not only did man lose dominion over the earth, but God also lost control of the earth to Satan. Since that time, some say, God has been on the outside looking in, searching for a “covenant people” who will be His “extension” or “expression” in the earth to take dominion back from Satan. According to the dominionist interpretation, this is the meaning of the Great Commission.
Some teach that this is to be accomplished through certain “overcomers” who, by yielding themselves to the authority of latter-day apostles and prophets, will take control of the kingdoms of this world. These kingdoms are defined as the various social institutions, such as the “kingdom” of education, the “kingdom” of science, the “kingdom” of the arts, and so on. Most especially there is the “kingdom” of politics and government. (Dager, p. 44)
Dominion theology is predicated upon three basic beliefs:
1) Satan usurped man’s dominion over the earth through the temptation of Adam and Eve;
2) The Church is God’s instrument to take dominion back from Satan;
3) Jesus cannot or will not return until the Church has taken dominion by gaining control of the earth’s government and social institutions. (Dager, p. 87)
Dominionism Popularized
The term “Dominionism” was first popularized in the 1990s by researchers, including Chip Berlet, scholar Sara Diamond, and Fred Clarkson, who needed a term to describe the political aspirations of Christian Rightists who believed that they have a biblical mandate to control all earthly institutions –including government – until the second coming of Jesus. But the idea of conservative Christians gaining political power sufficient to take dominion over society predated their use of the term by decades.
The two main schools of Dominionist thought include Christian Reconstructionism, founded by the late R.J. Rushdoony, which advances the idea not only of the need for Christians (of the right sort) to dominate society, but institute and apply Old Testament “Biblical Law.” Again, a theocracy (ruled by Dominionist Christians only), will be on Old Testament law, (a theonomy) and this includes all 613 Mosaic laws, other than a few dietary laws. Those hardcore Dominionist leaders, like Gary North, believe in stoning sinners in the street.
The other, closely related form of Dominionism is advocated by the Pentecostal New Apostolic Reformation, which exuberantly advocates for Christians to “reclaim the seven mountains of culture”: government, religion, media, family, business, education, and arts and entertainment. [Link]
Yet, both forms cross over into each other’s territory. In the 1980s, the Reconstructionist leaders—despite their pretensions of theological integrity, worked compatibly alongside Charismatic leaders in the Coalition on Revival (COR) for political action, spelling out how they planned to rule over 17 “spheres” of society in America. These 17 spheres are a direct precursor to the 7 mountains taught by C. Peter Wagner and his group of “apostles” who claim they will reign as “kings.” (See KINGS and PRIESTS) Rafael Cruz’s sermons have spoken of the “seven mountains and kings and priests.”
Seven Mountains Mandate
Sarah Leslie, has just completed research on these doctrines in dominionism, and written an article on the Seven Mountains Mandate with Dr. Orrel Steinkamp. It is titled, 7 Mountain Politics and Theology. It is an in-depth overview and is important in understanding the entire culture of this apostasy in the church today. The Herescope website states:
Herescope has published many articles about the 7 mountain theology. Our critical perspective is distinctly biblical, and thus distinguishable from the criticism of the seven mountains coming from the political Left, although we do share some of their concerns about this radical agenda for the church to transform society and/or government(s) into a church-state via cultural, political and/or “warfare” activism. In our articles, we clearly articulate our theological differences with this 7 mountains teaching.
I urge readers to delve into this article in order to understand the full ramifications of this heretical doctrine. Sarah Leslie is one of the finest researchers on aberrant doctrines in today’s church, and I cherish her friendship and her work.
Dominionists Who Support Ted Cruz
Pastor Kevin Swanson - Colorado pastor Kevin Swanson was the keynote speaker at the National Religious Liberties Conference in Des Moines, Iowa. In his speech, the infamous “Kill the homosexuals” pastor called for the murder of homosexuals saying, “They are worthy of death.”
Swanson then introduces Ted Cruz as the next president of the United States after his diatribe against homosexuals. In addition to Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee and Bobby Jindal were also at this conference as speakers.
Swanson actually said he would give some time for homosexuals to repent, but he didn’t say how long before the executions would begin.
Cruz claims he doesn’t know what Swanson has said or not said, but he certainly didn’t take time to find out about this very controversial pastor. Neither did Huckabee nor Jindal. Swanson’s supporters also distributed “death to gays” pamphlets at the event.
Swanson bragged on his radio show about the “amazingly successfully” National Religious Liberties Conference held in Iowa in early November, during which he declared he was “not kidding” when he said he’d spread excrement all over himself if his son ever married another man.
“I’d spread it all over my body,” he preached. “That’s what I would do and I’m not kidding! I’m not laughing!”
Cruz’s Rally for Religious Liberty
After appearing at the Kevin Swanson Iowa rally last November, candidate Cruz hosted his own anti-LGBT hate fest in South Carolina.
Cruz’s “Rally for Religious Liberty” was held at Greenville’s Bob Jones University, which once famously argued that its racist policies were protected under the First Amendment.
Among the speakers at Cruz’s event were Dominionist Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, would-be reality TV stars the Benham brothers, also Dominionists, and anti-gay Houston activist and Dominionist, Dave Welch. Perkins is also a United Nations Non-Governmental Organization member.
Other Dominionists Endorse Cruz
Phillip “Flip” Benham, another Dominionist pastor, once arrested and prosecuted for stalking the judge who heard Kim Davis’s case, is also endorsing Ted Cruz.
And, Senator Ted Cruz, isn’t backing away from the endorsement of Mike Bickle, a controversial evangelical pastor who once characterized Hitler as “a hunter” sent by God to go after Jews who don’t to convert to Christianity. [Link]
Despite calls from Jewish groups to denounce Bickle’s interpretation of scripture, a senior advisor to Cruz instead welcomed the pastor’s support in a statement published in the Jewish Journal.
Cruz trumpeted Bickle’s endorsement in a post on his website. Sadly, Christians do not do any investigation into these endorsements.
Bickle’s IHOP/New Apostolic Reform
Here is a brief synopsis of the IHOP/NAR history from Herescope.com:
IHOP is just one arm of a multi-faceted group (with many names, entities and offshoots) known as the "Kansas City Prophets" that has been around since the mid-1980s.
These Kansas City "prophets" are leaders who track a direct lineage back to the old Latter Rain cult.
John Wimber became an overseer of the KC group in the late 1980s when their cult excesses became public and controversial, and set them up under his Vineyard denomination.
John Wimber was a mentor to C. Peter Wagner and vice versa, and the two of them have a history that tracks back into the mid 1970s at Fuller Theological Seminary where they concocted doctrines together.
C. Peter Wagner's "Third Wave" movement, the predecessor to the NAR, was founded on Wimber's signs and wonders mysticism.
C. Peter Wagner's "New Apostolic Reformation" was founded on the convergence of the mystical streams of John Wimber, the Kansas City group, and Fuller Theological Seminary.
Be sure to click on this link:
In January, 1990, Ernie Gruen, a Charismatic pastor in Kansas City for 27 years released a 233-page document listing erroneous prophecies, statements, doctrines and incidents involving the Kansas City Prophets. Gruen’s shocking report on the Kansas City Prophets, “Documentation of the Aberrant Practices and Teachings of the Kansas City Fellowship (Grace Ministries),” is filled with evidences of spiritual abuse and theological excesses of Bickel, et al.
Conclusion
In several previous articles, I’ve exposed the Dominionist teachings of Rafael Cruz Sr., David Barton, and now, even Glenn Beck who seems to have joined the Dominionist ranks. Ted Cruz masquerades as a Christian, yet his actions speak otherwise. Cruz has openly lied about other candidates, he’s used tactics via Jeff Roe, his campaign manager, that are deceitful and dangerous.
Cruz lied about Dr. Carson dropping out during the caucus in Iowa, and then lied again about Rubio dropping out in the latest Hawaii vote. His actions speak louder than his words and his public prayers. The Lord tells us to judge them by their fruits, yet today’s Christians seems to swallow the hollow words and accept everything as gospel. The lack of discernment is telling.
The doctrine of Dominionism is heretical according to God’s Word. Like Islam, they want a theocracy, based on their form of theonomy, with stoning still in practice. Surely we all know folks who have led lives that were unchristian, only to later come to realize the error of their ways. Repentance and salvation can come any time up to your very last breath, and it is faith alone that saves. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 We are all sinners, just saved by grace.

Take the story of Pastor Jack Morlan. He was radically saved out of a homosexual lifestyle by Jesus Christ. He and his wife, and their two sons boldly proclaim a Gospel of Salvation. Jack’s ministry was treated very badly during the 1990s by the Christian Right leaders, who told him frankly that they found much more enjoyment in bashing gays, and that they made much more money attacking gays in their fundraisers. They informed Jack that they didn’t WANT to share the Gospel with homosexuals. Pointing a finger and screaming “SINNER,” wins no one to Christ and salvation.

With Dominionist theology, there is no grace, and the opportunity to change would be cut short with their punishment. When Ted Cruz said as a teenager that he wanted to rule the world, people found it humorous and the silly statements of youth. But, his form of aberrant doctrine truly believes he should rule the world.
WHERE IS THE REAL GOSPEL, TED? This isn’t the Gospel of Salvation!

Paul immigrated from communist Yugoslavia, providence of Slovenia, and therefore he sees more clearly the dangers to our Republic than those who have always known free America as home.
